The RT8093 is a full featured 5.5V, 3A, Constant-On-Time (COT) synchronous step-down converter with two integrated MOSFETs. The current mode COT operation with internal compensation allows the transient response to be optimized over a wide range of loads and output capacitors to efficiently reduce external component count.
The RT8093 provides up to 3MHz switching frequency to minimize the size of output inductor and capacitors.
The RT8093 is available in the WL-CSP-15B 1.31x2.11 (BSC) package.
